In-home Training

Helping you to make a better cup of coffee in your home and on your equipment. Scottie will guide you through the basics of grinding, dosing, extractions and milk texturing, enabling you to produce a better quality of espresso for you and your friends.

Although you can be taught to improve your coffee making no matter what the machine, fully automatic espresso machines are discouraged.

Home barista training is $100 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. Maximum 6 persons.

Home Barista Packages

The ultimate Home Barista package is now available to you. All you need to make great espresso coffee at home delivered to your door by Scottie followed by two hours setting the machine up with you and showing you some tips on how to make a great cup.Three packages are available depending on how serious you take your coffee. All packages come with the following:

Milk steaming pitcher
500 grams of Belaroma's Octavia blend - one of Scottie's favourites, it is sweet, clean, spicy with a medium body.

Package One - Vibiemme Domobar and KS Grinder $2690

The Domobar from Vibiemme leads the way in espresso machines for home users.

The Domobar Super from Vibiemme is the perfect espresso machine to produce delicious café quality espresso and milk based coffees.

It is placed at the prestige end of the home espresso machine.

The Domobar Super has very impressive technical commercial attributes and internal balances. It has been refined over many years to allow absolute confidence of continuous café quality enjoyment.

The commercial E61 group head offers excellent heat characteristics resulting in superb coffee with every pour. Also, the Domobar Super is renowned for its superior boiler capacity enabling a high volume of steam required for producing the optimum texturising of milk for detailed latte art.
